La Casa de Piedra counts with approved and installed electric capacity of l2 megawatts expandable to 24 megawatts. In 23 Kv of tension. Interior streets count with lighting installatios of (250 Watts).	The LPG gas network has been considered for the whole development.

WATER AND SANITARY INSTALLATIONS	TELECOM WIRING
Counts with acces to public utility water and sanitary installations. All water installatios count with ø=160 mm piping and sanitary count with ø=300 mm. piping.	Counts with 200 available lines. All telephony and comunication ducts are in place for fiber optics and conventional data wiring with easy acces to National telecom matrix.
